Spring is here and it’s that time to dust off the lawnmower and pruners!

We’d like to take this opportunity to remind our homeowners about proper yard maintenance. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to keep their yard in a well-maintained, safe, clean and attractive condition at all times. If you have not done so yet, look over your property and determine what work needs to be done. If you have questions or concerns about maintaining your yard, please contact the Board and we can recommend a few qualified Landscapers.

All homeowners should make sure that grass is cut and maintained regularly, that yards and planting beds are free of weeds, that trees and shrubs are properly pruned and that we keep our yard and landscaping in good repair.

Please be a responsible homeowner and care for your property.

NEW FOR 2021 – Yard of the Month

Keep Erindale Village Beautiful has been established to promote goodwill and reward exemplary yard care in the village. The purpose of the program is to recognize neighbours who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property, thereby contributing to the overall appearance of the community at large. This is a great award, and the program is administered entirely by volunteers outside of the Association’s Board.

For the months June through September, the Keep Erindale Village Beautiful Committee will choose a lawn that best typifies the qualities of: uniqueness, beauty, and appeal.

More details about the program will be circulated shortly.

Happy Gardening!
