2021 Annual General MeetingMeeting Information
Our Annual General Meeting is just around the corner
The date of the meeting is Thursday, February 18 at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
You will be sent a link by email just prior to the date of the meeting in order to join. We have found that logging in through a desktop computer is the best way to participate, while a tablet is next best. If you have any difficulties or questions about how to join or operate the features of Zoom, you are welcome to contact:

Once you’ve logged into the meeting please use the chatbox to enter your full name and address in order to register. You can join the meeting starting at 6:30pm in order to familiarize yourself with the features of Zoom and chat with your neighbours. In order to reduce background noises, once the meeting begins at 7 pm, all microphones will be muted and questions can be asked by typing them into the chatbox.
For questions after the presentations, you can raise your hand in the chatbox and the host will unmute you. Please note that we will follow city council procedures where you will have one minute to make a comment and ask up to two questions.
If you do not have a computer camera you can still participate by connecting through your computer, registering on the chatbox and then dialling the phone number provided to listen in.
Voting at the meeting will be done through a pop-up box on the screen of your computer. Each residence is entitled to two votes under our current constitution so if there is a second person in your household that is participating please let us know via the chatbox so that their vote can be counted. Unlike an in-person meeting, the Zoom meeting format can only count one vote per computer so we will manually add second votes to the count.
We have now received your feedback for resolutions to be tabled at the meeting and for topics to be discussed. Resolutions brought up by a member at the meeting cannot be considered because all members of the Association would not be aware of the topic or have an opportunity to comment on it.

There are still two open positions for members to join the Board of Directors. Nominations will be accepted up to and including the meeting. We are always in need of volunteers to be on the Board. If you are interested please send an email with a very brief profile (3 sentences) to the registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cannot make it to the meeting in person please consider using the proxy that was provided and send it to the registrar at email@example.com
The deadline for receiving proxies is no later than noon on February 17, 2021.
